PullRequest.jsx needs to cope with branch names that are non alpha (eg feature/thing)

      Similar to Branches.jsx - an encodeURIComponent is needed for the branch name.

      Basicaslly pull requests should be brought up to scratch with Branches.jsx

      Ideally they share a lot of the same code where possible.
