Test results not found, incorrect URL used

      Test results are no longer showing up, the URL used to fetch data in some cases is: https://blue/..., need to make sure the config always provides the right thing. Also there is a merge issue with the all-passing view, which also showed the test counts.

      As part of this task, remove all references to the config in the React context.
