Empty screen when creating new jobs

    Description

      How to reproduce:

      • Start a fresh instance of Jenkins 2.7.1
      • Install the External Monitor Job 1.5
      • Setup your browser with FR local
      • Try to create an item
      • The screen is empty (but HTML is here and no error in JS console or Jenkins logs)

      Workaround (cc fdrouet) :

      • Downgrade to 1.4 or use EN locale
