I use "Multiple SCMs" (Git) in my job1. I have 700 builds, but I see "Changes" in the last build with number 615. Next "Changes" in 615-700 builds are empty. Does Jenkins have some limit in "Changes" or something else?
For investigation, I copied my job1 and my build #1 has "Changes" in job2, but my build #701 in job1 does not have "Changes".
changelog.xml.temp2 in job2 has data, but changelog.xml.temp2 in job1 does not have.
"Jenkins" ver.2.16 "Multiple SCMs plugin" ver.0.6

Suggest that you migrate to Pipeline plugin, which offers a supported way of checking out from multiple scms
