Powershell plugin does not seem to support dot sourcing

      When attempting to dot source a powershell file from source control, I get the following message:

      '.' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

      I am attempting to source the file with:

      . .\jones-tests\scripts\taskManager.ps1
