Add Pipeline Support for Growl

      We use a distributed Growl system (one Server and many clients listening) to do Live-Notifications of builds.

      Since Jenkins 2.0 we are moving our old Freestyle jobs to Pipelines and would like to stay with the Growl Notifications.
