CCUCM Plugin field "Stream" does not support VARIABLES

      It is not possible to use environment variables in field Stream.
      This makes it impossible to use clearcase-ucm-plugin together with EZTemplate and selecting the stream based on the JOB_NAME.
      This should be a problem with other plugins / configurations as well.

      (not sure if it is correct to classify this as bug)
