Mark stages failed without aborting the pipeline

We have a quite time consumining pipeline which runs a few integration test packages (one "stage" each). Since most of thos test packages are not dependant on each other we'd like to be able to continue the pipeline once one test package (/stage) fails, but still see the stage as failed within the pipeline.
So basically I'd like to be able to have pipelines where stages 1, 2, 5, 7 are green and stages 3 and 6 are red/failed (or maybe even yellow/instable).
