Integrate with lucene-search plugin to be able to search build by failure.

      Hi,

      it would be useful to search for failed build based on error. Integrating with the Lucene-Search would be great. It should then be possible to searchi on error tag, or error title, ...

      Currently I don't see how to do that, but maybe I miss something.

      This is somehow related to https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-23978 as ordering would be a first step in looking for the relevant build easily.
