Make Jenkins post a vote but not comments

      We get too many comments from Jenkins which clutters up comments in a change and makes reviewing difficult. I would like Jenkins to vote (Verified +1/-1) on my change but not send any comments back to Gerrit. Essentially I want silent to be true, while skip vote to be false. However it looks like enabling silentMode will override skipVote and make Jenkins not vote.
