API for creating a multibranch pipeline once all data gathered from user

      Description

      We know we will need an api to create a multibranch pipeline - this may be able to be "generic". Further investigation required.

      In scope:

      • Take json defining the pipeline config and create pipeline
      • Take json with change settings and update the pipeline
      • Store credentials supplied
      • Expand this ticket into more tickets as more is uncovered on how we want to drive the creation api
