Maven2 job does not trigger subsequent jobs when failing tests

      Hi,

      I have a maven2 job which has the "Build other projects" selected with a number
      of projects listed. It also has the "Trigger even if the build is unstable"
      checked. However when this project is failing tests the triggered jobs are not
      being run.

      Testes this with Hudson 1.307 + 1.310 and the results are the same.
