      Sbt plugins does not respect the "Download URL for binary archive" parameter it always try to download the sbt from https://dl.bintray.com/sbt/native-packages/sbt/0.13.12/sbt-0.13.12.zip . What is bad for me all artifacts that we use must be downloaded from our artifactory.
