P4_TICKET not exposed for .Groovy scripts

      The P4_TICKET is accessible from Jenkins jobs that execute a bash script, but for jobs that use .Groovy scripts the P4_TICKET is inaccessible. A call to env.P4_TICKET returns null in a .Groovy script.
