Diagnose locker of a WorkspaceList.Lease

      As of JENKINS-37121 we fail a resumed Pipeline build promptly if someone else has already acquired a workspace lock that the build should have gotten. However Lease fails to record a stack trace of the original locker, so there is no way to obtain that stack trace for diagnostic purposes.
