Pull request table should have pull request ID and branch name column

      The pull request tab in blue ocean is currently a bit confusing.

      This should be changed:

      In scope:

      • Remove "Latest Build" column
      • Add a column for pull request number
        • Label "PR"
      • Rename "summary" column to Subject (this should be the same as what is currently shown, which is the github PR subject)

      Column order: Status, PR, Subject, Author, Completed
