plugin manager shows no last check time in IE11

      I also marked another glitch of TFS plugin description.

          I have no idea what's going on here. "Letzte Aktualisierungsprüfung" is not the translation for this label. In fact, it is not translated at the moment, and never has been.

          I have no idea what's going on here, but it doesn't look like a bug in Jenkins. My best guess is a private build. Don't report bugs against private builds.
