The config-file-provider plugin is getting a large refactoring to support configuration files on folder level (integration with folder-plugin). Unfortunate some java API changes could not be done in a backward compatible way... (but data is migrated!)
The current beta version of the config-file-provider plugin is available on the experimental update center.
I prepared all the changes for the pipeline-maven in a PR...
