Currently it's possible to rebuild failed or rebuild failed or unstable. Option to rebuild unstable builds only is missing.

Instead of "Rerun build for unstable builds as well as failures" it would be better to have two checkboxes:

• Rerun build for unstable builds
• Rerun build for failed builds

I think that for compatibility it would be enough to change current checkbox to "Rerun build for unstable builds" and add new one for failed builds which would be true by default. This way updating to new version would not require any changes in configuration but it would be possible to edit configuration and untick default rebuild for failed jobs.
