Check git credentials at dry run

      Hi Team,

      If the git credentials are wrong in job configuration, when we use the
      perform maven release it successfully completes the dry run, and while
      actually performing the release it fails as the git auth gets failed.

      Please add support to check the git credentials at the fry run time only to
      early catch the problems.
