Mantis project configuration section requires too much privilege

      For the following configurations the mantis plugin avoids any modification of a
      project configuration by a user having not the 'administer' access rights.

      Hudson configuration:

      • Security Realm = Active Diectory
      • Authorization = Matrix-based security / Project-based Matrix Authorization
