Expose change.getCommitId() as env variable

      I would like to include the commit ID as part of the Jira Comment. I can see from the build output of the commit ID. Now i would like to get that information (say thru env variable) so that I can include that as part of the comment i push to jira. I am not sure if this env variable is already in place or not. Thanks
