Pipeline job type to support upstream and downstream job links (same as freestyle)

      Freestyle jobs, for example, support links to downstream and upstream jobs from the job page.

      Im not 100%, but I think this is currently specific to job types implementing AbstractProject.

      Pipeline jobs support these links from the build console page.

      A request to have Pipeline jobs support upstream / downstream job links from the job page, for easier navigation and discovery.
