Repro steps:

1. Navigate to Blue Ocean dashboard
2. Ensure at least one pipeline or branch is favorited
3. Click the favorite star to remove the favorite

Expected result:

• Favorite is removed with a collapse / fade animation

Actual result:

• Screen just re-renders with the card disappearing immediately

Subsequently...

1. Scroll down to pipeline list and click the star to a favorite. (Ensure that you can see the entire favorite card stack when doing this

Expected Result

• Favorite is added with a fade / expand animation

Actual Result

• Favorite just appears immediately

This is a minor usability issue as it makes it far less obvious where the new favorite was added in the stack.

Note: I believe this may have regressed as part of the Input changes.
