Username and password login, signup and reset pages

      Scope
      When a AbstractPasswordBasedSecurityRealm is activated (e.g. built in realm, LDAP realm, etc) we want to have:

      • /blue/login serve a login page
      • /blue/signup serve a signup page
      • /blue/reset serve a password reset page

      If the user visits the classic URL for these pages we must redirect the user to the Blue Ocean version.
