UI tends to not update (paused for input?)

      When watching activity screen, or particular build - UI doesn't update in some random cases. For example it may show "paused on input" state while it's gone to do something. Pressing F5 helps.

          As it looks to me it may depend on JENKINS-41662 . Maybe something breaks after button failure?

          it may be "paused for input" but it can stop updating even on the first message "Waiting for run to start.", but for sure the main problem is with input screens and looks very related to it
