i have checked SMTP server, it doesn't have any issue and it was working fine till yesterday afternoon.

Are you connecting from home network or your office network, have you checked whether you are able to telnet the server??

yes, i am able to ping SMTP server, and i am in office network.

did you try telnet??

like telnet smtp server name port number

example telnet smtp.gmail.com 25 something like that is that working for you??

no, i dnt try that, let me try to telnet n will update it

i tried to telnet it failed, i tried with different server, still same error, its some thing wrong with Jenkins.

If telnet is not working ask your network to enable telnet for the SMTP server then only you can use Smtp on jenkins.

This is a network issue
