System env/property for default implementation not usefull

      I might be getting it wrong but as far as I can see:

      • DisplayURLProvider.getDefault() is checking the value for the system env/prop and returning that provider as default.
      • Such method is being called only in AbstractDisplayAction.lookupProvider() when there is no other provider than the Classic one.

      Therefore the user could select only the Classic as default one (actually selecting another one would throw an exception).
