Input buttons require page refresh

      While on the page watching the blue ocean pipeline progress. When an input step occurs the "Proceed" button will not work. Essentially nothing happens when the button is pressed. If you hard refresh the page the button will then work.

          camechis thanks for reporting this issue. We had a similar report to this as part of JENKINS-41662 and it is something we will investigate shortly.
