[JENKINS-42109] Support icons in TextInput

TextInput control (or a composed component) should support display of an icon on the left side.

Scope

Display icon on left side of control
Support Material Icons only, in same manner as Icon control itself
Customize icon size and fill
Ideally respond to layout-small/medium/large in appropriate way (sizing icon up automagically)
Consider supporting icons on the right side as well if low effort. There is no immediate use case for this, although supporting a "delete X" on the right side is likely to be needed at some point.
