Execute batch command error in windows .error is Visual Studio has timed out while connecting to the emulator. Please wait for the emulator to finish loading, and try again.

      I have generated a appx file using jenkins and i try to run appx file in the windows phone Emulator.using the Execute batch command "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows Phone\v8.1\Tools\AppDeploy\AppDeploy.exe" /installlaunch "C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\AppPackages\Jenkins.WinPhone_1.0.0.0_AnyCPU_Test\Jenkins.WinPhone_1.0.0.0_AnyCPU.appx" /targetdevice:xd .but i have getting a error like this Error: Visual Studio has timed out while connecting to the emulator. Please wait for the emulator to finish loading, and try again. i had opened my command prompt and execute the same command it worked.but in jenkins a error occured.
      could anyone help to solve this issue?
