AsyncPeriodicWork listener logs don't get included on the support bundles

      Previously AsyncPeriodicWork listener logs went to JENKINS_HOME and where included in other-logs folder, now that they are going to logs/tasks they don't come in the support bundle which makes it hard to diagnose some kinds of issues.
