Allow multibranch pipelines to analyze sub-directories for Jenkinsfile

      I have a git repository that has multiple projects inside if it that I wish I could do MultiBranch Pipeline on. So that each one could do self detections.
      The other way this could be improved would be if you specific a pipeline code inside the job and allow the root level to be for that repository.
