All the mirrors look good, the download works for me. Probably a transient issue, try again in a few hours.

Besides, not a bug in email-ext. The plugin developer can do nothing here.

Hi,

I am trying this same since 4 to 5 days. everyday getting the same issue.

When i tried on jenkin machine using this command "wget http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/download/plugins/token-macro/1.12.1/token-macro.hpi" 

But not sure why it's giving such error.

Could you provide the full headers for all responses? updates.j.o should forward you to a mirror. E.g. curl -i -L does that.
