      Description

When adding the "Editable Email Notifation" post-build action, the job URL page has a "Email Template Testing" link that allows us to select a template, and a respective build number to see what the generated email will look like.

It would be nice if a similar option was made available for the "Editable Email Notification Template" plugin.  This way, when we change the template, we don't have to trigger a new build to see the outcome.

The template testing is dealing with files either on the file system, or in the config file management plugin. The emailext-template-plugin deals with a whole email-ext publisher instance and all it's settings. This means, I can't just render the template file like I could in email-ext. I would actually have to run the email-ext publisher and it wouldn't give me output I could display, it would just run the publisher and send the email.
