NPE at join.JoinTrigger.prebuild

      I've just installed Hudson 1.322 and the Join Pugin 1.3 but now I've got the following error running my
      builds:

      ERROR: Processing failed due to a bug in the code. Please report this to users@hudson.dev.java.net
      java.lang.NullPointerException
      at join.JoinTrigger.prebuild(JoinTrigger.java:70)

      With Hudson 1.320 and the Join Plugin 1.2 everything was fine.
