By default we should not return actions

      • Remove the blacklist of actions in ActionProxiesImpl

          The condition on this is that it doesn't blow everything up and we realise they are actually needed

          Yeah, I realize for LogAction, we need actions from step and node API, we can get rid of them once karaoke stuff is merged. but we need to test it to see all looks good there.
