Description

Original: despite best efforts the log files sometimes contains some secret information that not everyone that can see the Runs status should be able to see. Currently anyone that can see the {{Run}} can see the log file. Therefore it is desirable to introduce a new \{\{Run.VIEW_LOG}} similar to the {{Run.ARTIFACTS}}
