Add processing of Remoting workDir in the Support Core plugin

      • Add the "workDir" field to node summaries. It should return DISABLED or null in the case of the undefined parameter
      • TBD: Support core advisory feature ? Warn Jenkins admins that some agents are not configured to use workspaces
      • If the logs directory is present, Support Core Plugin should collect logs from it

      Some bits can be done in the Remoting Support Plugin if it gets implemented (JENKINS-44100)
