Add support for javascript lint

      Add support for javascript lint. I've got patches but can't seem to get them
      working. The plugin loads but the violations dialog doesn't show up.

          Fixed a bug in the parser. The description wasn't set correctly. Works. Labels
          anything with a warning as a medium violation and everything else as a high
          violation.

          I'm trying to get a better understand of the mappings from the author of jsl but
          he's not yet responded.

          The violations plugin is deprecated. It has an unresolved security vulnerability. The last commit to the source code repository was over 7 years ago. Closing the issue as "Won't fix"
