When you have a Blue Ocean organization on an ItemGroup different than root Jenkins, the display names on the pipeline list will display the full Jenkins path instead of the root of the organization.
In the specific case of a MatrixProject it will just display the simple name of the project with no path at all.
Also when you are inside the organization and it is on the breadcrumb, the organization name should be hidden from the items on the list:
