Cant run SH after latest plugin upgrades

      So this happened to me a couple release ago as well.  I upgrade jenkins, things still work, then I upgrade a ton of plugins and I cant run SH.  I get a warning that says my PATH=$PATH:/opt/foo/bar looks "bogus" and SH cant be found.

          Is this JENKINS-41339? It has a straightforward solution in the comments I think.
