To see this: 

• Run hpi:run and ensure you have a multibranch project setup
• Switch to a new branch of blue ocean source
• clean compile
• hpi:run
• open the multibranch project - note that the first time when it loads the activity screen you will see a "run"button - which means it thinks it is not multibranch. Refresh and it will be back to normal. 

This feels like it is related to cabailities caching in local storage.
