General Description:

 The values for SSL checkbox in Project configuration can not be saved; and error happens when the user try to save the settings made in MC wizard

Steps to recreate:

 1. login jenkin with plugin applied;

2. add a SSL MC server in Jenkins->configure system

3. create a new project and open configuration;

4. select the SSL MC configured in step 2 and check SSL checkbox;

5. save the changes

6. Open again and check  - The SSL is still unchecked
