Design brief
When a build's changelog includes multiple changes, only one is shown in the list and a grey, pill-shaped tag added that says e.g. "5 commits". This should link to the changes tab of the build, rather than the pipeline view. (And perhaps be embiggened to support being a click target.)
Or, more generally: If there's more commits going into a certain build than get shown on the activity list, provide a way to quickly see what other commits there are.
