Clean up "Go to Classic" link and icon for pipelines

      The "Classic Item Creation" link uses an icon that does not match the standard "Go to Classic" icon in the header. Also the "Go To" text in the link is unnecessary.

      It is suggested that we update the design to:

      1. Remove the unnecessary "Go To" text
      2. Use the "Exit to app" icon from the Material icon set
