[pipeline] console logging is too verbose

      The [pipeline] log lines are too verbose right now and they take too much space in the console logs.

      We need for start to avoid logging block start/stop on a different line than block names.

      Ideally we should be able to silence common blocks like timestamps or ansicolor.

          Probably a duplicate.

          Generally addressed with Blue Ocean. Also JENKINS-38381 makes some changes here.
