"Bad Message 431" everywhere

      Just updated to Jenkins 2.69 and now I'm seeing this message everywhere:

      "Bad Message 431

      reason: Request Header Fields Too Large"

      It appears, among other places, in the console log of a build and in the build config page of a job.

          You're right, I cleared the cookies for the page and it's working fine now.

          I'm having this issue on Jenkins 2.235.5 just after upgrading, it was fine for a long time for the last 3 years.

          Same here, Jenkins 2.387.1. I figured out that there are a lot (58, to be precise) of cookies JSESSIONID.XXXXXXXX where XXXXXXXX are random hex digits. The size of the Cookies header was 4K. After I removed that cookies, everything works correctly.
