When a build fails it would be useful to show some of the console output on the
main job page (/hudson/job/OurBuild), to save having to click on the full log
output. It may only be an extra click, page refresh, scroll to bottom--but this
is the common case. It's a very heavily traffic'd scenario so a small
optimization would go a long way.
Ideally I think it should show a subset of the log--the same thing that appears
in the notification emails.
It could go below permalinks. I think it only needs to appear when a build fails.
