Currently all test results are collected as one set - anytime tests are archived, regardless of what stage they were collected in. In large pipelines this is problematic as when there are test failures, it isn't clear at what stage they happened (unless that is encoded in the name). 

There is now the ability to associate test results at the stage level, but we don't have a design for how this may be presented in the blue ocean UI.
